Data, purpose and legal basis for processing
The form asks for your name, email address and message so that we can respond to enquiries about our services and deal with requests for projects or proposals. These fields are required in order to process the message.
When you request information or a proposal with a view to engaging our services, we process your data to take the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation. Responding to other communications sent voluntarily to the practice and protecting the form are based on the legitimate interest in responding to those communications and keeping the service secure.
Retention and recipients
We will retain the information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and carry out the steps you have asked us to take. Where appropriate, information necessary to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities will be retained afterwards.
Messages are sent to the practice's email inbox. Technical hosting and email providers may be involved in processing them in order to provide those services. This form is not used to create advertising profiles or to subscribe you to advertising.
Protecting the form
The submission control uses a temporary identifier derived from the IP address to limit repeated messages within a fifteen-minute window. This control protects the availability of the service and is independent of access to the administration panel.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to estudio@ramosbilbao.com or to the address given above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
