A proposal organised through the repetition of a solid, almost cubic concrete prism, stacked and shifted according to the programme. Routes and terraced squares between the volumes are intended to be open to pedestrians.

The programme calls for a multipurpose space with the potential to grow and to join or divide its rooms. The intersections between the prisms’ sloping roofs define the activities and are intended to accommodate movable partitions.
Each volume is designed to gather daylight and illuminate the outdoor terraces at night. Between the volumes, passages and cavities lead to terraced squares. These routes are conceived as spaces that pedestrians can cross and occupy.
